What can we do better than any other school?

St. Anthony High School remains committed to our original mission of service; in seeking ways to improve meeting the needs of students, we ask ourselves:

  • What can we do better than any other school?
  • What is worth preserving and protecting?
  • What should we stimulate to growth?
  • What are we passionate about?

We are passionate about preparing our students for success in college and in life. We are passionate about the value of a Catholic education in developing ethical leaders for society. And we are passionate about St. Anthony's 85-year tradition of service and outreach to the greater Long Beach community.

Yes, we are small--offering a huge advantage to our students. Being small enables us to call out the greatness existing within each child; nurturing it in a safe, caring environment of support.

While we are growing, anticipating an enrollment of 500 students within the next five years, we remain committed to remaining a small school, because we recognize that small is a laboratory for greatness. With its great students, faculty, alumni, and community support, St. Anthony High School is well on its way to greatness.

For information about fall 2006 enrollment, please contact the Registrar at 562-435-4496, ext. 213. An entrance exam and interview are required for admission consideration.
